For Basket Muffins
 350 g Spinach Pureed
 150 g Full Fat Paneer
 50 g Coarse Ground Almonds
 1 qt Chopped Medium Sized Green Bell Pepper
 2 qts Garlic Cloves
 1 tbsp Crushed Ginger
 2 qts Green Chilis
 2 sticks Spring Onions
 1 tsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
 50 g Unsalted Butter
 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder

Firstly, to make keto kebabs, blanch spinach in hot water for 2 Minutes . Secondly, drain all the excess water. And, thereafter, grind the leaves in a mixer for purée.

Subsequently, in a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients used to make kebabs and mix everything together. All the veggies should be washed and well-drained.

Further, shape the mixture as round patties. And, after that, shallow fry the kebabs till they turn golden brown in colour from both sides.
