Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line cake tin with parchment paper.
In a bow, combine jowar and almond flour, add baking powder, ginger and cinnamon powder. Mix well and keep aside.
Beat olive oil and sugar well in another bowl. Once mixed well, add eggs one at a time.
Fold the dry ingredients in the above mixture. Gradually add milk and mix well.
Transfer batter into tin and arrange plum slices. Sprinkle almond flakes.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 Minutes until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Plum cake is ready to serve.
