Guilt Free Mango Sorbet

It's hard to resist the king of fruits, so why not enjoy it guilt-free?! Here's a recipe for you all.

 1 cup Coconut Milk (or Favorite Milk)
 ¼ cup Syrup (Optional) / Stevia
 1 qt Large Mango
 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
 1 cup Ice

Take the mango chunks and freeze the fruit for about four hours, until slightly hardened.

Put the frozen mango, simple syrup (if using) coconut milk, cinnamon powder and ice in your blender. Blend until smooth!

Serve immediately.

Add Nuts & Dried Fruits of your choice if you wish to.
