Boil two cups of water, then add the Amaranth seeds in the water and stir well.
After boiling the Amaranth seeds, cover the bowl. Then lower the flame and let the seeds simmer for around 20 Minutes
After Amaranth is cooked, season it with freshly ground pepper and sea salt and keep aside.
Add potato, green chili paste, yogurt to the cooked amaranth.
Then make the patties and pan-fry them till golden using two tbsp of oil.
