 25 g Popcorn Kernels
 ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
 ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
 ½ tsp Chili Powder
 ½ tsp Ground Coriander
 ½ tsp Oil

In a saucepan, add oil and popcorn kernels.

Cover the pot, and wait for 30 seconds

When the popping slows to 2 seconds or more remove the lid, and dump the popcorn immediately into a wide bowl.

Open carefully and sprinkle the cinnamon, smoked paprika, ground coriander, add a little chili powder and give it a shake.
